What is Skeledog?
Skeledog is an apparel brand that draws dog breeds as clean, playful skeleton line art and prints them on t-shirts, hoodies and magnets. It started in 2007, was sold in design boutiques and pet shops from New York City to Tokyo, and relaunched online in 2026.
Is Skeledog the original dog skeleton shirt?
Skeledog has been making breed skeleton shirts since 2007. The designs were featured on the TODAY show's holiday pet gift guide on December 16, 2008, and covered in dog magazines at the time. Every design on this site is original Skeledog art.
Which dog breeds do you have?
Dachshund, French Bulldog, Pug, Pit Bull, Great Dane, Greyhound, German Shepherd, Golden Retriever, Labrador Retriever, Basset Hound, Corgi, Border Collie, Chihuahua, Poodle, Jack Russell Terrier and Doodle (Goldendoodle and Labradoodle), plus a Skelecat for cat people and the Skeledog logo. New breeds are added regularly, and you can vote for the next one on the homepage.
How much do Skeledog shirts cost?
All Skeledog t-shirts are a flat $29. Hoodies and magnets are priced on their product pages.
Why does each design come in only one color?
Each breed design is only available in the designer-chosen color scheme shown. The color combinations are chosen based on breed characteristics, color theory and the overall Skeledog look.
How do the shirts fit?
T-shirts are a soft, lightweight unisex fit in 100% combed ring-spun cotton (heather colors include polyester). Premium pullover hoodies (Pit Bull, Pug, Jack Russell and the logo hoodie) run small, so order one size up. Heavyweight hoodies (Dachshund and Basset Hound) are a standard unisex fit. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
How long does shipping take?
Every item is printed to order and usually ships within 2–5 business days. US standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipping. US standard shipping is $4.95 for a t-shirt and $8.79 for a hoodie, with express options at checkout. We ship to most countries at flat rates.
What is your return policy?
Because every item is printed to order, we accept returns for defects within 30 days of delivery, and we replace items that arrive damaged or misprinted at no charge. We can't exchange for fit, so please check the size chart first. Customers in the EU have a 14-day cooling-off period. See the refund policy for details.
Do Skeledog shirts make good gifts?
Yes. They were picked as a best holiday pet gift on TODAY, and they work for dog owners and for people who simply like good design. Shirts are printed on demand, so order at least two weeks before a holiday.
