Skeleton dog t-shirts, done properly. Every Skeledog tee is original skeletal line art of one specific breed, printed in a color scheme the designer picked for that breed. No clip art, no pet photos, no generic skull and crossbones. Skeledog has drawn dog skeleton shirts since 2007, sold them in design boutiques and pet shops from New York City to Tokyo, and was featured in TODAY's holiday pet gift guide on December 16, 2008. In 2026 the brand relaunched from its original artwork archive. Every tee is $29.

Each breed design is only available in the designer-chosen color scheme shown. The color combinations have been chosen strategically based on breed characteristics, color theory and general Skeledog aesthetics.

What makes a Skeledog skeleton tee different

  • Breed-specific bones. The long dachshund spine, the Great Dane's height, the corgi's short legs, the greyhound's deep chest: each design is drawn for one breed, so owners spot their dog at a glance.
  • One designer-chosen color per breed. Each color scheme is picked for the breed's character, color theory and the overall Skeledog look. The Labrador tee is the exception, with three heather colors.
  • Design first. Clean line art reads as a good graphic tee, so it works on people who don't have a dog too.
  • Printed to order. Each shirt is printed after you order it by our print partner, Printful, and shipped straight to you.

Picking a size and color

The tees are a soft, lightweight unisex fit (Bella+Canvas 3001) in 100% combed ring-spun cotton; heather colors include polyester. For a roomier fit, go up a size. Every product page has a size chart in inches. Because each shirt is printed to order, we can't exchange for fit, so check the chart before you buy. Color isn't a menu here: each breed comes in the one color scheme chosen for it, except the Labrador.

A gift about the dog that still looks good on the person

A dog skeleton tee is an easy gift for a new puppy, a gotcha day or a birthday, for breed club and rescue friends, and for the vets, groomers and trainers who know your dog best.
