Atlanta, Ga., October 15, 2026. Skeledog, the design brand behind the original breed-specific skeleton dog shirts, is back. Launched in 2007 from a design shop in Atlanta's Cabbagetown and Grant Park neighborhood, Skeledog's shirts were sold in pet and design shops from New York City boutiques to small pet stores in Tokyo.
In December 2008, the shirts landed on TODAY's holiday pet gift guide, where pet style expert Dara Foster called them a "guaranteed conversation starter."
"Nobody really wants a shirt with their dog's photo pasted on it. Skeledog takes that same love and pairs it with real design. People kept asking for the shirts to come back, so we went back to the original drawings."

The 2026 relaunch is rebuilt from the original artwork archive: 16 dog breeds in 17 designs, plus Skelecat and the Skeledog logo, on unisex tees ($29) and hoodies ($45-47), each printed to order.
